704 Theraband – Raise arms in front

To enhance the Balance Board training effect, you can add a Theraband. The resistance not only strengthens your arms, but also supports the strengthening of the deep muscles in your legs, hips, abdomen, back & co.
You can start with the arm lift in the front, standing upright on the balance board. Raise your arms with the Theraband in front and slowly lower them again.

For Balance Board exercises focusing on the legs, you can bend your knees slightly and come forward with a straight back.
