The Hang Ten is known from surfing. In dry practice, the balance board creates the ideal conditions for you to learn the surfer move.
You are in the starting position on the balance board, standing crosswise on the board. Now turn lengthwise on the board and try to slowly move one foot to the tip of the board.
Do this so that all 5 toes are sticking out over the balance board. You have already done the Hang Five!
