720 Crane

The crane is one of the best-known yoga exercises. On the balance board, this exercise is quite challenging. In any case, practice the crane on a safe surface first before you try it on the balance board.
With the crane, you clamp your arms between your knees and shift your weight further and further forward until you reach a floating position.

In addition to the arm and shoulder muscles, this exercise also works the abdominal and deep muscles.
