3. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION ARE WE COLLECTING?
We are particularly interested in:

• What features of the APP are used?

• How long and how often the APP is used?

• Which operating system / which version / which devices?

• In which countries the APP is used?

Please be assured that we are not using any personal data.
"Personal data" means data which relate to a living individual who can be identified -- (a) from those data, or (b) from those data and other information which is in the possession of, or is likely to come into the possession of, the data controller, and includes any expression of opinion about the individual and any indication of the intentions of the data controller or any other person in respect of the individual.
 
4. WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?
Usage information that we receive from you, helps us to optimize our marketing activities and to continually improve and adapt the APP to your needs.
 
5. HOW ARE WE COLLECTING THIS INFORMATION?
Like numerous other mobile apps and websites, the APP uses Google Analytics. We are therefore obliged to ensure that our activities fall within the bounds of the terms and conditions of Google Analytics. [ link ]

5.1. Google Analytics
The APP uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google") in order to enable an analysis of the usage of the APP through the user. This information about your activity (including your anonymized IP address) is normally transferred to and stored on a server operated by Google in the USA.

On behalf of MFT Bodyteamwork GmbH, Google will process this information in order to evaluate use of the APP. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. By using the APP, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Considering the debate about the deployment of analytical tools using IP addresses, we would like to point out that the APP uses Google Analytics with the extension _anonymizeIp(). This ensures that only abbreviated IP addresses are processed to rule out any direct personal reference.
 
6. CONSENT TO DATA COLLECTION
In accordance with the GDPR, users must actively opt-in to allow anonymous data collection by Google Analytics when they first start the APP. This consent may be revoked at any time at a later date.
 
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

7.1. Retention Period
Usage data collected through Google Analytics is retained in accordance with Google's standard retention policies. Google Analytics retains user-level and event-level data for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Aggregated reporting data may be retained for longer periods. 7.2. Deletion of Your Data
You have the right to request the deletion of any data associated with your use of the APP at any time. To submit a deletion request, please contact us directly using the contact details provided in Section 2 (RESPONSIBLE PARTY) — either by phone or e-mail. We will process your request without undue delay and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
