The data we collect during your newsletter subscription will be used strictly for the intended purpose.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by contacting the responsible party mentioned above. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately removed from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve additional data use that is legally permissible and about which we inform you in this declaration.

7) WEB ANALYSIS SERVICES

7.1 Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which enables an analysis of your usage of our website.

By default, when visiting the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies, which are small text files stored on your device that collect certain information. This information includes your IP address, which Google shortens to exclude the last digits to prevent direct identification.

The information is transmitted to Google servers and further processed there. This may also involve transfers to Google LLC based in the USA.

Google uses the collected information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities for us, and provide additional services related to website and internet usage. The shortened IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The data collected through Google Analytics 4 is stored for a duration of two months and then deleted.

All the processing described above, particularly the setting of cookies on the device used, occurs only if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without your consent, the use of Google Analytics 4 will not occur during your visit. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please disable this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google that ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized sharing with third parties.

For further legal information regarding Google Analytics 4, please visit: Google Privacy Policy and Partner Sites Policy.

Demographic Characteristics Google Analytics 4 utilizes the special function "demographic characteristics," which can generate statistics about the age, gender, and interests of website visitors. This is done by analyzing advertising and information from third parties. This allows for the identification of target groups for marketing activities. However, the collected data cannot be assigned to any specific person and will be deleted after being stored for two months.
Google Signals As an extension of Google Analytics 4, this website may use Google Signals to create cross-device reports. If you have enabled personalized ads and linked your devices to your Google account, Google may analyze your usage behavior across devices, subject to your consent for the use of Google Analytics as per Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, and create database models, including cross-device conversions. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you wish to stop cross-device analysis, you can disable the "Personalized Advertising" feature in your Google account settings. For instructions, please follow this page: Personalized Advertising. Further information about Google Signals can be found here: Google Signals.

User IDs As an extension of Google Analytics 4, the "User IDs" feature may be used on this website. If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics 4 as per Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, created an account on this website, and log in on various devices with that account, your activities, including conversions, can be analyzed across devices.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which, based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission, ensures compliance with European data protection standards.

7.2 Google Tag Manager
This website uses the "Google Tag Manager," a service from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "Google").

The Google Tag Manager provides a technical foundation for bundling various web applications, including tracking and analysis services, and allows them to be calibrated, controlled, and conditionalized through a unified user interface. The Google Tag Manager itself does not store or read information on user devices. The service also does not perform independent data analyses. However, your IP address may be transmitted to Google when the page is accessed and may be stored there. A transfer to Google LLC servers in the USA may also occur.

This processing only occurs if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without this consent, the use of Google Tag Manager will not occur during your visit. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please disable this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

8) RETARGETING / REMARKETING AND CONVERSION TRACKING

8.1 Meta Pixel
Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service from the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta").

When a user clicks on one of our advertisements on Facebook and/or Instagram, the "Meta Pixel" expands the URL of our linked page with a parameter. This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser through a cookie set by our linked page after redirection.

This allows Meta to identify visitors to our online offering as a target audience for displaying advertisements (so-called "Ads"). Accordingly, we use this service to show the Facebook and/or Instagram ads we run only to those users who have shown interest in our online offering or who exhibit specific characteristics (e.g., interests in particular topics or products determined based on the visited web pages), which we transmit to Meta (so-called "Custom Audiences").

Additionally, the "Meta Pixel" can track whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement and what actions they take there (so-called "Conversion Tracking").

The data collected is anonymous to us, meaning we cannot draw conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, allowing for a connection to the respective user profile, and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes.

All the above-described processes, especially setting cookies to read information from the device used, will only occur if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future by disabling this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized sharing with third parties.
The information generated by Meta is typically transmitted to a Meta server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to Meta Platforms Inc. servers in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

8.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.

To this end, Google sets a cookie in your device's browser, which automatically enables interest-based advertising based on a pseudonymous cookie ID and the pages you have visited. Further data processing only occurs if you have consented to Google linking your internet and app browsing history with your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads you view on the web. If you are logged into Google while visiting our website, Google uses your data along with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing. Your personal data is temporarily linked with Google Analytics data to form audiences. This may also involve the transmission of personal data to Google LLC servers in the USA.

All the above-described processes, particularly setting cookies to read information from the device used, will only occur if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without your consent, the use of retargeting technology will not occur during your visit.

You can revoke your consent at any time for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please disable this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

8.3 LinkedIn Insight
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.

This enables targeted personalized advertising to visitors of our websites who have already shown interest in our shop and our products. The display of advertisements is based on cookie-based analysis of past and current user behavior, without storing any personal data. In cases of retargeting technology, a cookie is stored on your computer or mobile device to collect pseudonymized data about your interests and thus tailor advertising to the stored information. These cookies are small text files stored on your computer or mobile device, allowing ads that correspond to your product and information interests to be displayed.

All the above-described processes, especially setting cookies to read information from the device used, will only occur if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without your consent, the use of retargeting technology will not occur during your visit.
You can revoke your consent at any time for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please disable this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
8.4 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and within Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use Google Ads to attract attention to our attractive offers on external websites using advertisements (so-called Google AdWords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are based on the data from the advertising campaigns. This is aimed at showing you advertisements that are of interest to you, making our website more appealing to you, and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.

The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad served by Google. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. These cookies generally expire after 30 days and do not serve personal identification. If a user visits specific pages on this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page that has a conversion tracking tag.

However, they do not receive any information that would allow them to identify users personally. The use of Google Ads may also involve the transmission of personal data to Google LLC servers in the USA.

For details on the processing initiated by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and how Google handles data from websites, please refer to: Google Policies.

All the above-described processes, particularly setting cookies to read information from the device used, will only occur if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future by disabling this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

You can also permanently oppose the setting of cookies through Google Ads Conversion Tracking by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: Google Ads Plugin.

Please note that certain features of this website may not be used or may be limited if you disable the use of cookies.
Google's privacy policy can be found here: Google Privacy Policy.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
