With a good feeling of balance, the confidence to dare to do a half turn on the balance board also increases. The jumps upwards from exercise 715 (knee jumps) are the ideal preparation for this. Once you have mastered them, it is not far before you can turn 180° on your board without falling or letting the balance board slip off the roller.
