With the MFT bike training program, you enhance your central position (mid-range) and achieve improved balance and weight transfer while biking.
Through lateral, frontal, and rotational tilting/rocking movements, you strengthen your abdominal and back muscles while mobilizing and stabilizing your hand, arm, and shoulder joints.
