EXERCISE 1: BILATERAL STABILIZATION WITH FLEXI-BAR FRONT SWING

With bent knees, stabilize the disc and visually control your balance on the tablet. Both arms perform rhythmic swings in front of the body with the Flexi-Bar, creating an additional stabilization component.

Exercise duration: 3 sets of 5 – 15 repetitions, rest: 1 minute.

EXERCISE 2: BILATERAL STABILIZATION WITH FLEXI-BAR SIDE SWING

With bent knees, stabilize the disc and visually control your balance on the tablet. One-arm rhythmic swings to the side of the body with the Flexi-Bar create an additional stabilization component.

Exercise duration: 3 sets of 5 – 15 repetitions, rest: 1 minute.

EXERCISE 3: BILATERAL STABILIZATION WITH FLEXI-BAR DOWN SWING

With bent knees, stabilize the disc and visually control your balance on the tablet. One-arm rhythmic swings downward to the side of the body with the Flexi-Bar create an additional stabilization component.

Exercise duration: 3 sets of 5 – 15 repetitions, rest: 1 minute.
