MFT Fun Disc Classic - Balance Board

The training improves children's balance and coordination. The kids can playfully learn the basics for good balance while having fun.

Duration: 3 times a week, 10 to 15 minutes to perform these exercises.

EXERCISES & VIDEOS

EXERCISE 4: ROLLING THE BALL AROUND THE BODY

Starting position: Stand with both feet on the ground. The ball is rolled around the torso. Meanwhile, the kids try to keep the Fun Disc balanced.

EXERCISE 5: HOLDING THE WOODEN STICK TO THE SIDE AND PULLING

Starting position: Stand on both legs. The kids hold a wooden stick sideways in their hands and try to keep the Fun Disc balanced at the same time. By gently pulling and pushing the stick, they can throw their partner off balance.

EXERCISE 6: HOLDING AND PULLING THE WOODEN STICK IN FRONT

Starting position: Stand with both feet on the ground. The kids hold a wooden stick in both hands in front of their bodies and simultaneously try to keep the Fun Disc balanced. They can slightly pull and push the wooden stick to unbalance their partner.

EXERCISE 7: SQUATS ON BOTH LEGS

Starting position: Stand on both legs. Perform a squat on the Fun Disc while trying to keep it balanced.

EXERCISE 8: PULLING ON THE THERABAND

Starting position: Stand with both feet on the ground. The kids hold an elastic band in both hands in front of their bodies and simultaneously try to keep the Fun Disc balanced. They can pull lightly on the band to unbalance their partner.

EXERCISE 1: CATCHING THE BALL

Starting position: Stand with both feet on the ground. Children throw the ball to each other while trying to keep the Fun Disc balanced during the throwing and catching process.

EXERCISE 2: BALL TAPPING

Starting position: Stand with both feet on the ground. By tapping the ball on the ground, it is passed back and forth between the children. Meanwhile, the kids try to keep the Fun Disc balanced.

EXERCISE 3: ROLLING THE BALL ON THE GROUND

Starting Position: Standing on one leg. The ball is rolled to the partner using one leg, and the partner rolls the ball back. Meanwhile, the kids try to keep the Fun Disc balanced.
